One of my favorite little cooking gadgets in my Sienna camper is this George Foreman 2-Serving Panini Press.
Sometimes I don’t want to pull out the full cooking setup — I just want something quick, hot, and easy.
At only 760W, it’s very friendly to my power station, and it’s small enough that I actually store it in the passenger seat pocket.
Paninis and grilled cheese are obvious, but I also use it for reheating leftovers, cooking thin cuts of meat, and my personal favorite — bringing Costco pizza back to life!
Another big plus in a camper — cleanup is ridiculously easy. When I’m done, I usually just wipe the plates with a paper towel and put it away. No sink full of dishes.
Put two pizza slices face-to-face and press them together — crispy crust outside, melted cheese inside. 😋
